Tayanna and I met two years ago when she second shoot a wedding with me in 2017. And since then we chat daily and has become one of my closest friends.
I was so psyched when Tay, who is one talented wedding & boudoir photographer (hey-tay.com), asked me to do her and Ean’s engagement photos at their home in Overland Park. Being able to photograph friends is one of the best experiences. We started off at their apartment in Overland Park, where we included their adorable pups Belinda and Tilly. It was so important to Tay to get photos of Belinda because of her recent health issues and had to be put to rest shortly after this session. But we are able to get some solid cute, and derpy photos of her that highlighted her personality. We then went to downtown Overland Park, and traversed the variety of backdrops including an old time pink movie theater. I am so thrilled and excited to see these two tie the knot in August! And I’ll be a guest for the first time in awhile! I am so so happy for these two and so blessed to call them dear friends. <3
